Pawhaven uses Shopify checkout and HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted during checkout. Always check that you are on the correct website before entering payment information.

Currency and payment terms

All prices and order amounts are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and your final total are shown before you confirm payment. Standard shipping for eligible US orders is free; see our Shipping Policy.

Payment must be authorized and processed before an order is accepted. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate billing information. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges if your account is denominated in another currency.

Payment security and PCI DSS

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements govern the secure handling of payment card information. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. We do not ask you to send full card details or security codes by email.

Your payment information

Our store receives the order, contact, shipping, and billing details needed to process your purchase. Depending on the payment method, we may see limited payment details, such as card type and the last four digits, rather than your full card number. Payment issues and refunds
